Abstract：Protection level radiation standard dose field is mainly used to calibrate the accuracy of the instruments of protection level. To measure the response of the tested instruments, radiation field reference point needs to cover the protection level of the air kerma value ratio range. The radiation dose field, which is commonly used in the calibration instrument, includes: X-ray, 137Cs, 60Co three kinds of radiation field. Through using Monte Carlo simulation calculation, X-ray,137Cs and 60Co, three kinds standard radiation dose field were reconstructed by MCNP program, and for the three radiation dose field in space position it was established that the air kerma standard model of X and gamma ray. The model had predicted three kinds of radiation standard dose field, which was compared with experimental results, the error was less than 2%.
