Abstract：Companies used in the production of on-line detection of many laser displacement sensor, it can accurately non-contact measuring displacement change, such as the location of the object to be tested in order to be able to realize the field calibration of laser displacement sensor, a portable laser displacement sensor calibration device is developed, that testing on the spot, without its overall disassembly inspection, combined with the characteristics of laser displacement sensor size, design is developed to meet the requirements of the measuring devices micro machines, adjust the position can be arbitrary direction Experimental results show that this device meets the calibration requirements of the laser displacement sensor, fills the difficulty of not carrying calibration equipment, can be vigorously promoted, and has a good application prospect.
