Abstract：In structural static strength test,loading control systemis an important control mechanism for loading test.According to the requirements of quality management,it is necessary to calibrate the loading control system every year.Aiming at the current method of calibrating loading control system by manually inputting instruction signal,the problems such as low efficiency and anti-lock of data processing arise.This paper introduess a design method of automatic calibration software based on LabVIEW .The multi-function calibration source is controlled by I/Otechonlogy of LabVIEW,and the MTSFlexTest200 loading control system and automatic calibration report generation are realized.This method simplifies the calibration process,improves work efficiency,reduces manual operation and reduces error rate.
