摘要研制的电能质量分析仪自动校准系统在电能质量计量领域有着重要的应用价值,本自动校准系统主要基于Visual Studio 2013开发平台,利用远程自动校准系统解决了电能质量分析仪在校准过程中遇到的诸如校准项目多、耗时长等问题,节约人员和时间成本。同时,由于系统自动控制标准源的输出和电能质量分析仪的数据采集,大大减少了由于人为校准所带来的误差。实现了参数设置、仪器校准、数据处理的同步完成。远程校准技术将数据库、网络等技术和硬件设备充分的结合在了一起,不仅使昂贵的硬件设备资源得以最大化的利用,也提高了校准的效率。
Abstract:The development of auto-calibration system for power quality analyzer is very significant when applied in acoustical and vibration metrology.Based on Visual Studio 2013 platform,it can solve the problem of too many calibration items in power quality analyzer by means of trees structure and block design, save the time of the calibration largely,and improve the work efficiency of the tester greatly.It can also reduce the error due to manual operation. Realizing simultaneous completion of parameter setting,instrument calibrating and data processing. The remote calibration technology combines the hardware communication technology, the network technology and the database technology. On the one hand, many expensive hardware resources can be shared. On the other hand, it is easy to improve the calibration system and improve the calibration efficiency.
