Abstract：In this paper, through the analysis of the principle, structure and composition of the photobiological safety analyzer, a calibration method of the instrument performance is proposed, which includes the calibration of irradiance, Illuminance, brightness,UV irradiance, wavelength, Color temperature and Chromatogram coordinates parameters, and designs a reasonable set of standard system.The metering characteristics of the photobiological safety analyzer were fully evaluated.
