Abstract:This paper mainly uses the Monte Carlo method for ultrasonic flow meter for uncertainty evaluation and analysis of the degree. Based on the ultrasonic flow meter detection parameter sampling analysis, to obtain the probability density function input, and to determine the reasonable test frequency, in order to get the vector parameter input, it were calculated by Matlab software, to realize The ultrasonic flow meter uncertainty analysis and evaluation. And, it also used the uncertainty propagation method GUM to analyze and calculate the flow parameters. And also compared and analyzed the results of these two methods, found that the two methods exist difference. Therefore, the ultrasonic flow meter for uncertainty analysis and evaluation will be more reliable by using the Monte Carlo method.
