Abstract:The tensiometer calibration apparatus is the standard source for tension generation in the metering of the tensiometer. The stable tension is the key factor to ensure the tension transmission. So the control of tension stability is very important.The standard apparatus of the tension meter adopts the torque control as the target, and the tension control system is taken as the research object. The tension system model is established and the equilibrium equation of the tension system in the torque mode is obtained. Aiming at the problems of tension system stability and anti-interference, based on PID control method, a nonlinear control method for generating tension system in torque mode is proposed.Through simulation analysis, it is proved that tension meter calibration standard apparatus has good robustness and anti-interference ability in the torque mode under the PID controllerand can achieve constant tension control
