Abstract:Proficiency testing is an important means to evaluate laboratory technical capability in CNAS. All laboratories that have passed laboratory accreditation, and those that are preparing to apply for laboratory accreditation, require corresponding proficiency testing activities. This paper elaborated that the laboratory should fully understand and strengthen its understanding from six aspects, including system documents, the field and frequency requirements of proficiency testing, the pursuit of proficiency testing activities, preliminary preparation, the work after receiving samples, and the treatment after receiving the results of proficiency testing activities, help the laboratory to better cope with proficiency testing activities, improve the laboratory's technical capacity and the credibility of activities.
