Abstract:The internal and external factors affecting the performance of the pressure gauge under general conditions are analyzed. The operating conditions of pressure gauges in naval equipment are classified. At the same time, the failure reason of the pressure gauge corresponding to the environment is analyzed. According to the censoring verification data, the likelihood function based on exponential distribution is constructed. Then the coefficient of the reliability function is obtained, and verification intervals of each pressure gauge are received. The verification period of the same type of pressure gauges in similar service environment is obtained by means of mean value calculation. It provides a method for the scientific determination of the verification period of pressure gauges in naval equipment.
