Abstract:As the material basis to ensure the accuracy and uniformity of the value, the standard instrument of measurement must meet the expected requirements of use. In ISO10012, ISO17025, GB/T19001 and other standards, the verification requirements of measuring standard instruments are put forward, and the verification/calibration results of measuring standard instruments are compared with the expected use requirements to verify whether they meet the expected use requirements. According to the actual demand of measurement work, this unit has developed a set of verification management system of measurement standard instrument based on BS architecture, and has carried on the process processing to each step of verification. This system solves the problems of existing in the traditional measurement standard instruments verification methods of manual operation, such as lack of standardization verification, forgetting verification, untimely verification, project leakage, inconsistent verification requirements of the same kind of instruments, lack of treatment of verification results, unclear verification process, unsupervised verification process, etc, and realizes the standardization, informatization and systematization of verification work . Finally achieved the accurate, efficient, rigorous, early warning and supervisory effect of the verification of standard instruments.
