Abstract:In order to practical comprehend the comprehensive energy efficiency condition of gas-fired industrial boiler operation in-service in Deyang and exploration the orientation of energy-saving and emission-reducing energy, 10 gas-fired industrial boilers were tested for regular energy efficiency. Test means was adopted to the gas-fired industrial boiler thermal efficiency simple test by operating condition. Thermal efficiency calculation was used to indirect procedure. The test data were counted and analyzed from thermal efficiency, exhaust gas temperature, excess air coefficient in exhaust gas, furnace body outside surface temperature and loading rate. Causes and suggestions for improvement are put forward. The research findings are as follows: the main factors that affect the thermal efficiency of gas-fired industrial boiler are thermal loss due to exhaust gas and thermal loss due to heat dissipation; the standard rate of exhaust gas temperature is about 70%; excess air coefficient in exhaust gas is generally high; furnace body outside surface temperature control is better; the loading rate is overall low, gas-fired industrial boiler loading rate is mainly distributed in 55%~75%; the totality thermal efficiency is below limit value, the gas-fired industrial boiler average is 88.60%.
