Abstract:In order to better detect the temperature of special (toxic, high temperature, low temperature) space, a thermometry UAV is developed[1]. The software APP of the UAV is based on the Android system, and has 6 functional modules, including disconnection, heading, pitch, roll, throttle and temperature data receiving and displaying[2]. The hardware of the UAV adopts STC15W4K48S4 enhanced single chip as the main control chip[3], taking MPU6050 as the data acquisition chip[4], the hardware equipments such as motor, propeller, Bluetooth module and Pt100 high precision temperature sensor are configured, and the Pt100 temperature sensor reaches AA level according to JJG 229-2010[5]. The upper computer software APP is written in Python language to realize real-time remote control and data transmission for mobile phones and UAV[6]. The lower computer software is written in C51 language, it is divided into UAV operation program module, PID flight attitude control module, Bluetooth sending and receiving module, PID algorithm flight control module and temperature data acquisition module[7]. The measurement performance of thermometry UAV to toxic, high temperature and low temperature space meets the requirement of JJF 1101-2019[8].
