本文基于SC1D芯片应用于超声水表系统进行了研究与实现。为实现超低成本、低功耗和高可靠性的要求,颠覆传统的MCU+TDC双芯片的超声水表架构,本文使用了MCU与TDC一体化的SC1D芯片作为全新的架构形式,对水表的流量测量、温度测量、抄表通信、计量计费以及其他水表必要功能进行了可行性研究实验;测试数据表明该芯片应用于水表系统完全能够达到国家标准的计量精度要求以及其他水表国家标准。该芯片的应用成功突破了传统超声水表的成本价格底线,同时保证了机械水表无法比拟的优越性,为企业赢得更大的利益创造了契机。
In this paper, we study and implement the ultrasonic water meter system based on SC1D chip. In order to realize the ultra low cost, low power consumption and high reliability, it is necessary to overturn the traditional ultrasonic water meter architecture. This paper uses TDC and MCU integrated SC1D chip as a new form of architecture. It is feasible to carry out the feasibility study on the flow measurement, temperature measurement, metering and charging and other water meter. The test data shows that the chip can meet the national standard of the national standard. The application of the chip successfully broke through the traditional ultrasonic meter cost price bottom line, while ensuring the mechanical meter can not match the superiority, for the enterprise to gain greater benefits to create a chance.
