Abstract Based on the phase change characteristics of the material, a new in-suit passive temperature measurement technology is proposed, and a calibration and laboratory verification method for this technology is proposed. The new in-suit passive temperature measurement technology has a high temperature measurement upper limit of over 2500℃, and can be installed in-suit on the surface to be measured without windows or leads. The new in-suit passive temperature measurement technology breaks through the limitations of traditional temperature measurement thinking and provides a new measurement idea for high temperature measurement in small and confined spaces.
