Abstract:Abstract: When the accuracy of a measurement standard device is subject to coagulation during use or between two adjacent verifications and calibrations, the user generally performs periodic checks to verify that its function continues to meet the method requirements or specified requirements in accordance with prescribed procedures. However, there are some shortcomings in the currently commonly used interim verification methods. After analyzing some shortcomings of current commonly used interim verification methods, a method for statistical control of the measurement process of measurement standard devices based on t test is proposed, which can eliminate some shortcomings of current commonly used interim verification methods. This method is to measure a group of data sets after verification and calibration of measurement standard devices, and then measure a group of data sets at the controlled time point, and calculate their average value and standard deviation respectively, Using the t-test method to determine the difference between two sets of data can determine whether the measurement standard device continues to maintain the state during verification and calibration, thereby gaining confidence in the measurement performance of the measurement standard device
