Abstract:The intrinsic safety temperature sensor used in mine is suitable for continuous temperature measurement of mechanical and electrical equipment in coal mine. The sensor distribution measurement system realizes the function of multi-channel acquisition and storage of temperature data of field equipment. This paper introduces the principle and calibration method of the measuring system of the intrinsic safety type temperature sensor used in mine, uses the comparison method to calibrate the intrinsic safety type temperature sensor, corrects and determines the calculation parameters of the measuring system through calibration, evaluates the uncertainty of the calibration result and analyzes the influence amount, determines the source of error and reduces the influence of error. To further determine the measurement performance of the intrinsic safety temperature sensor system for mining, to ensure the reliability and stability of industrial field measurement.
