Abstract:Chromatographic analyzers using GB/T 27894 (ISO 6974) calibration and normalization method should be systematically evaluated according to the requirements of GB/T 28766 (ISO 10723). The linear detection method for the on-line chromatographic analyzer using GB/T 13610(ASTM D1945) and GPA 2261 external standard normalization method is discussed. In this paper, field experiments were carried out on an online chromatograph analyzer in a station. The results show that the analytical deviations of CH4 do not meet the reproducibility requirements of GB/T 13610 regardless of the intermediate, average and regression methods used to calculate the response factors. For C2H6, CO2 and N2 components, intermediate, mean and regression methods were used to calculate the response factors, and the deviations of analysis were all less than GB/T 13610 reproducibility requirements. As can be seen from this, the component content is less than 5%, which does not require linear detection. It can be configured as intermediate component, and the CH4 content can be configured as standard gas by difference subtraction method.
