Abstract:In order to realize the fast and accurate weighing of electronic analytical balance, a compound control method based on disturbance observer is proposed according to the weighing principle of electronic balance. The digital feedforward control is adopted for the modeled electronic analytical balance, and the disturbance observer (DOB) is used to compensate the unmodeled part of the system and parameter perturbation, and the fast and accurate weighing data is obtained through the composite control of the digital feedforward and the disturbance observer (DOB). Matlab is used for simulation verification, and the simulation results show that the method improves the stability and rapidity of weighing, shortens the stability adjustment time of the system, and has strong adaptability to the model and anti-interference ability, which is superior to the level I balance indication error index specified in the national standard JJG 1036-2008 Electronic Balance Calibration Specification, and also provides more accurate weighing values for measurement professionals and scientific researchers.
