Abstract:In order to improve the verification/calibration efficiency of gas flowmeter, expand the range of flow verification/calibration, and accurately measure the gas flow, a set of flow standard calibration platform is designed in this paper.Based on the basic theory of flow detection, the advanced computer control technology and configuration technology are combined to develop a gas flow verification device with positive pressure standard meter method. It can realize automatic verification of caliber DN25~DN200 turbine and roots flowmeter.Through a large number of verification and repeatability tests, it is proved that the device has simple structure, low investment and high verification efficiency, can realize real-time and remote monitoring, and meet the requirements of flow measurement in precision, accuracy and humanization.
