Abstract:Objective: To develop an ultrasonic transcranial Doppler blood flow analyzer detection system, which can detect the blood flow velocity and detection depth of the ultrasonic transcranial Doppler blood flow analyzer, so as to evaluate the performance of the instrument and realize measurement detection and traceability. Methods: The detection device consists of blood flow simulation part, probe installation part, control part and display part. The blood flow velocity in human blood vessel was simulated by chord rotation, and the measured value of the probe was compared with the actual value. A variety of different types of Doppler blood flow analyzers were selected for the application pre-test of blood flow velocity and detection depth. Results: The prototype of the ultrasonic transcranial Doppler blood flow analyzer was developed, and the experimental results were in accordance with the expectations. Conclusion: The detection device can effectively detect the metrological performance of the instrument, which is of great significance to the quality control and traceability of the Doppler ultrasound blood flow analyzer.
