Abstract:As the main equipment in the blending process of copper smelting process, the weighing accuracy of metering belt scale determines whether the ratio of mixed materials into the furnace is reasonable or not, and directly affects the furnace condition and technical index. The calibration process during trial production of metering belt scale in blending section of a copper smelter was introduced, the reasons of the calibration error are analyzed. Through the combination of chain calibration and material calibration, the accurate calibration parameters were obtained, the calibration method suitable for the actual factory was determined, the actual weighing accuracy of the equipment was improved, a solid foundation has been established for the long-term reliable operation of the equipment.
