Abstract:Based on DN100-β = 0.55 standard-Venturi tube, according to 11~13MPa high-pressure , gas volume flow rate in the range from 400000Nm3/d to 1100000Nm3/d, temperature range from 75℃ to 100℃, the liquid volume range from 0 to 2%, the Discrete Phase Model and Discrete Random Walk model is used to simulate. Then the simulation results are compared with the ISO/TR11583 technical reports, the root mean square error of the front-differential pressure is 3.81%, the root mean square error of after-differential pressure is 5.84% , and the root mean square error of Over-reading is 1.02%, which verifies the accuracy of the simulation method.
