Abstract:Real flow verification of natural gas flowmeters puts forward clear requirements for rapid, stable and accurate flow regulation. In this paper, digital twin technology based on hydraulic simulation model, 3D laser scanning and BIM building information model is studied for digital restoration of metrological verification process station, and an intelligent flow regulation controller constructed by system parameter identification and neural network composite algorithm is built. A set of natural gas metering intelligent verification system suitable for large pressure difference conditions has been developed and formed. Through innovative research on intelligent flow regulation, intelligent, efficient, safe and accurate verification of domestic working-level flowmeter has been realized, and verification efficiency and quality control level have been improved.
