Development and Application of Reference Material for Thermal Diffusion Coefficient |
|
|
Abstract A reference material for thermal diffusion coefficient was developed to verify the characteristics of the flash laser thermal conductivity instrument. The stainless steel standard material for spectral analysis was used as the raw material for heat treatment and machining to prepare disk samples with a diameter of 12.7mm, a thickness of 1.5mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and 3.0mm, respectively. The uniformity and stability tests met the requirements for quality control material development. The reference value of thermal diffusion coefficient at (25-1000) ℃ was determined, can be used for the instrument calibration and validation.
