0 Research on a Soft and Hard Supporting Dynamic Balancing Machine
Dynamic balancing machine is an instrument for measuring rotating mechanical dynamic unbalance. On the market at present, dynamic balancing machine is divided into two kinds of hard bearing dynamic balancing machines and soft bearing dynamic balancing machines. These two kinds of balancing machines have their own characteristics. Comprehensive hard bearing dynamic balancing machines and soft bearing dynamic balancing, research on a soft and hard supporting dynamic balancing machine is practical. In soft and hard supporting dynamic balancing machine system, hard supporting mode vibration frequency is far less than natural frequency, on the contrary soft supporting mode vibration frequency is greater than the natural frequency. Rigid rotor unbalance of soft bearing calculation algorithms is influence coefficient method and hard bearing calculation algorithms is A-B-C. The simulation and experimental results show that the system comply with the requirement of measurement standard

电子皂膜流量计广泛应用于玻璃转子、小孔口流量计等工作计量器具的检定和校准工作。在流量计算时,有的电子皂膜流量计生产厂家考虑了水的饱和蒸汽压,有的没有考虑水的饱和蒸汽压,并且存在水的饱和蒸汽压与温度的数据拟合方法不统一,带来的水的饱和蒸汽压计算结果与实际数据的误差的问题。本文针对此现状,分析考虑和未考虑水的饱和蒸汽压对流量计算及检定示值误差的影响,并以检定玻璃转子的实际案例,分析水的饱和蒸汽压对检定示值误差的影响,并建议电子皂膜流量计以文中数据拟合方法计算水的饱和蒸汽压。

0 The metrological characteristics of gas ultrasonic flowmeter under different media
Abstract:Different media; Error;Repeatability Ultrasonic gas flowmeter are widely used in various industries because of Good ,Loss of pressure is small, high precision and wide measurement range. Especially because of its good stability, high measuring accuracy become a preferred gas trade transition flow measuring instruments. Most of the ultrasonic flowmeter test using the negative pressure method, the atmospheric state with air as medium to test, with the ultrasonic flowmeter in actual usage (high pressure, measuring medium for natural gas). Based on the DN100, contact type ultrasonic flowmeter with positive pressure, medium for natural gas and negative pressure, medium for air condition to analyze the error of the meter from different condition and stability. Concluded negative pressure, measuring medium for natural gas and boundary flow above, flowmeter relative error and repeatability decreased gradually along with the change of flow point, and after a threshold leveled off is change, above negative pressure air calibration condition, boundary flow meter relative error and repeatability value along with the change of flow point appears irregular change,Under flow boundary points are compaction flow state and negative pressure air calibration error and repeatability are showed irregular change.

0 Research on Calibration Technology of the Test Equipment for SZ-01 Digital Information Transmission System
In this paper, the calibration of the 429 bus test equipment according to the HB6096 standard is proposed. The Performance indicators and technical status of the 429 bus test equipment can be comprehensively evaluated by four aspects: electrical characteristic parameter, termination characteristic parameter, protocol characteristic and limit adaptability parameter. Those has important significance for the unification and standardization of periodic calibration for 429 bus test equipment.

0 A Design of Intelligent Torque Wrench Calibrator with 3D Regulating Mechanism
Abstract: Aimed at the current situation of application of torque wrench calibrator, combining advanced machine manufacturing and observation and control technology at present, in this study we designed a kind of torque wrench calibrator with wide measuring range and three-dimensional regulating mechanism. The calibrator emphatically realized the balance between space structure and usability of 3D regulating mechanism; in addition, met the requirement of circular loading by devising bearing structure with multi-directional fulcrum bearing. Besides, equipped with advanced technique of computer measurement and control and software design, the equipment can also help generate new level of intelligence, meanwhile improve work efficiency.
