0 Research on the Technology of Centrifugal Dynamic Force Calibration
In this paper, a centrifugal dynamic force calibration technology is proposed. The centrifugal force of the mass block taking circumferential movement is used as reference resource. The force is controllable and directly traceable by measuring motion parameters (speed and time). This technique has the advantages of high precision and flexible signal processing, and can be applied to dynamic calibration of force sensor used in quasi-static environment.

表温度计主要用于测量、指示物体表面或具备一定温度的环境内某重要部件的表面温度,对产品加工及后期质量有着至关重要的作用。但在JJF1409-2013《表面温度计校准规范》中对表面温度计校准操作要求比较模糊,因此表面温度计的测温准确度始终是个难题。通过本课题的设计研究,对测温原理研究及测温装置设计,较为有效的减小表面温度计校准过程中测温间隙与压力所带来的不确定度,从而提高了表面温度计对温度进行监测的数据准确度,同时通过各项试验,对表面温度计校准规范的校准方法中较为模糊的地方进行量化,规范了表面温度计校准操作程序,提高了工作效率。

0 Prediction modeling method of mine gas emission based on grade variable eigenvalue
Aiming at the problem of high dimensional nonlinear data processing in the prediction of mine gas emission, the optimal fuzzy partition matrix of prediction factors is obtained by fuzzy clustering, fuzzy recognition and optimization theory. combined with the gas emission level, The characteristic value of the level variable of the sample data is calculated, On this basis, a prediction model of gas emission from single input and single output is established by using MATLAB curve fitting toolbox. The empirical analysis shows that the prediction model obtained by this modeling method has higher prediction accuracy, and the prediction effect is better than the existing prediction models.

0 Research on verification certificate generation module in automatic verification system
With the constant development of computer technology, programmable instruments are widely used in automatic testing systems. Automatic generation of verification certificate can significantly improve the efficiency of verification and reduce the error caused by manual operation. Firstly, word object model and its structure are introduced .Then, an example based on VB programming to fullfill testing report and record automatically is given in detail. For the purpose of providing references for other programmable software, key techniques and methods of generating certificate automatically are introduced and the program codes were listed.

The auto-loading trestle of the West Pacific Petrochemical Company Ltd. dalian used the PLC control system formerly, but the system halted frequently and the card was invalid. It has been repaired for several times but the problem still existed. The system was not completely automatic controlled, artificial operation more and error prone. It had a strong impact on production and operation. We introduced the Endress+Hauser’s auto-Loading Manager system from 2014. The batch controller is the core of the system, and it is interlocking with electrostatic grounding, spill-proof switch etc. This system realizes the safety velocity automatic controlled. It effectively improves the measurement precision, avoids artificial operation, reduces the trade dispute, to ensure the safety of the production and running smoothly. It is a completely automatic control loading system and has been running smoothly for two years.

0 Design of Chassis Dynamometer Self Test System
Abstract: In this paper, a combination of hardware and software, on the basis of the existing chassis dynamometer, through the data acquisition and comprehensive processing, designed a chassis dynamometer self-test system. Realize chassis dynamometer under different loads, under different conditions of the case of the car chassis accurate detection, eliminating unqualified car chassis, thereby reducing the incidence of traffic accidents and improve people's travel safety factor. At the same time, it provides reference value and instructive significance for upgrading and reforming self-checking technology of automobile chassis dynamometer.
