0 Application of "Substitute Flow Method" in the Differentiation of Rheological Multipliers in Electric Power Meter
In the installation of low-voltage electric power metering devices, there is sometimes a special situation, which is that one or two of the current Transformer groups are different from the actual requirements. The measurement error or deviation caused by the rheology of different variable ratios in the whole set of measuring device is solved by the method of substitution and compensation. The method is easy to be realized in theory and in practice, and the effect is advantageous to popularization.

0 Development Status and Application Progress of Particle Testing Technology
Particle materials are widely used in different fields such as medicine,construction,chemical and environmental protection, and the parameters of particle size,shape and distribution are closely related to the physical and chemical properties of particle materials. Particle testing technology is an important means to represent the parameters of particle. In recent years, the particle testing technology of different fields and principles has made new progress and obtained closely attention from various industries. This paper summarizes the development status of particle testing technology and its the latest application process in different fields. On the basis of this, the different trend of the particle testing technology is prospected, in order to provide appropriate reference for the application of particle testing technology in different fields.

0 Discussion on cheating and prevention of taxi meter
The common cheating methods and preventive techniques of taxi meter are introduced. Starting from the working principle of the meter, we analyze the ways and results of adding cheating signals in every link, and give some preventive skills for passengers to discriminate whether the meter is cheating or not by careful observation. Finally, from the management point of view, this paper puts forward the conditions to eliminate the cheating of the meter.

0 Analysis and Evaluation on Measurement Uncertainty of Permanent Change in Dimensions on Heating of Fireclay Refractory Bricks
According to GB/T 5988-2007,the permanent change in dimensions on heating of fireclay refractory bricks were measured.The measurement uncertainty component which affecting permanent change in dimensions on heating measurement was analyzed.The various components of the measurement uncertainty were computed and synthetic,finally , the measurement uncertainty results of fireclay refractory bricks were :Lc=-0.23%,U=0.118%,k=2, and put forward some suggestions.
