0 Research on Temperature Parameter Calibration of Active Medical Cold Boxes
Medical cold boxes are essential thermal insulation equipment in the process of storage and transportation of drugs, vaccines and blood. The temperature parameter plays an important role in drug quality and vaccine activity. Combined with the existing technical specifications, this paper puts forward the corresponding calibration methods for three key indicators: temperature distribution characteristics of the boxes, indication error of the temperature automatic monitoring system, and influence of the unpacking operation on the temperature distribution and change in the refrigerator. Combined with the actual situation, this paper gives a relatively reasonable expression method of the temperature calibration results of medical cold boxes, and it is helpful for the calibration of the cold equipment , cold chain transportation equipment and strain storage equipment.

0 Design of ethanol gas dynamic device
Due to the characteristics of long production cycle, short storage cycle and high price of ethanol combustible gas reference material, a dynamic ethanol gas generation device was designed. The device can produce four kinds of ethanol gas with different concentrations, which is easy to carry, simple to operate and high precision. This paper introduces the origin of the device design, device principle, hardware selection, software design. Finally, it was sent to the National Institute of Metrology,China. The calibration experiment is proved that the device meets the requirements.

0 Design of wireless temperature monitoring system based on Lora Technology
In this paper, we proposed a wireless temperature monitoring system with high precision and low power consumption based on the high temperature gas absolute pressure traceability device. We used PT100 temperature sensors to collect temperature data and then used Lora technology to transfer data wirelessly and engineer a monitoring software using the graphical programming language LabVIEW, which realizes the functions of real-time temperature monitoring and recording. Extensive experimental results demonstrate the accuracy, low power consumption and convenience of our system.

0 The application of fuzzy evaluation technology in equipment fault management
Due to the fault management of the original equipment of the enterprise, it is not possible to analyze the fault in time, it is basically a temporary fire-fighting treatment, the fault site and can not be fundamentally improved. The cause of the fault can not be systematically analyzed, can not be very good classification of the fault, after the failure, the lack of emergency plans for the fault, the fault level is not clear, the effective measures to deal with the failure can not be put in place, the failure treatment efficiency is low and so on. Therefore, with the help of fuzzy evaluation technology, this paper helps equipment managers to make effective judgments on equipment failure, understand the macro-law of failure, grasp the trend of equipment state in a timely and effective manner, take effective measures and methods to control the occurrence of failure. At the same time, the effective management of equipment failure can effectively reduce the frequency of equipment failure, reduce downtime, energy saving and consumption reduction, reduce the use of spare parts materials, while improving the efficiency of fault resolution.

0 The differences between old and new verification regulation of On-line Automatic Determinators of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)
It was compared from the metrological performance requirements, verification method, condition, identification items, verification equipment and technical parameter for verification about the difference between On-line Automatic Determinators of Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD) JJG1012-2006 and JJG1012-2019, and the reason of changes was given. It had a detailed interpretation of the new regulation. Compared with the old verification regulation, the new regulation was more suitable for requirements of metrological verification.

0 Discussion on Common Problems and Solutions in Pressure Gauge Verification
As a kind of measuring instrument for monitoring liquid or gas pressure, the accuracy of the displayed values is very important for judging the operation state of the equipment. In the process of industrial production, periodic verification is mainly used to ensure that performance meets the expected requirements. In this paper, the problems in the verification are analyzed briefly, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, hoping to provide some reference for the verification of pressure gauges.
