]: Objective: Currently,the X-ray air kerma kinetic energy (diagnosis level) radiation field is mainly used with a standard dosimeter to detect medical diagnostic X-ray dosimeters. Method: In the paper, the concept, working principle and practical application of X-ray radiation field are all introduced. The key parts of the X-ray radiation field are the high voltage generator and the X-ray tube, and the uniformity and repeatability of the X-ray radiation field are also analyzed in this paper. Results: According to the experimental results, the uniformity of the X-ray radiation field and repeatability were obtained. Conclusion: The radiation field in the uniform area of the X-ray radiation field is within a certain range, and the uniformity and repeatability all meet the technical requirements. In addition, with the development of X-ray applications, the research on its radiation field needs to be continuously strengthened.
