摘要

聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术已广泛应用于生命科学、食品检测、环境保护等领域。随着PCR技术发展,各类科研检验工作对PCR仪精确化控制的需求越来越高,为保证PCR仪量值准确可靠,各类校准方法陆续发布。本文概述了典型的PCR技术及PCR仪校准方法进展,并展望了未来PCR技术的发展方向。

Abstract

Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technology has been widely applied in fields such as life sciences, food testing, environmental protection, etc. With the development of PCR technology, the demand for precise control of PCR analyzers in different scientific research and detection work is increasing. In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of PCR instrument values, various calibration methods have been released. This paper provides an overview of typical PCR technology and the progress of PCR instrument calibration methods, and looks forward to the future development direction of PCR technology.
