摘要

在用风机是政府节能监测的重点设备之一,而风机流量是风机节能监测的主要技术难点之一。目前,GB/T 15913-2009《风机机组与管网系统节能监测》只给出了毕托管法测算风机流量,而流量计法和风速仪法由于使用方便,在实际风机节能监测中得到了广泛应用。该文搭建了风机能效试验平台,以毕托管法为风机流量测量基准,分别研究了流量计法和风速仪法测量风管流量的测量结果和不确定度;试验表明,相比较风速仪法,流量计法可靠性高,适用于风机流量的在线监测。

Abstract

The in-service fan is a key equipment for the energy conservation monitoring, and the flow rate monitoring of the fan is one of the main technical difficulty in the energy conservation monitoring. At present, the GB/T 15913-2009 "Monitoring and testing for energy saving of fan’s unit and distribute tube system" can only provide the method based on the Pitot’s tube to obtain the flow rate of the fan, whereas the methods based on the flowmeter and anemometer are widely used in the practical application due to their convenience. In this work, an energy efficiency platform for fans was built. Taking the result based on the Pitot’s tube as a benchmark, the measurement results and uncertainties of the flowmeter method and anemometer method were analyzed. The experimental results show that the flowmeter method is more reliable than the anemometer method, indicating that the flowmeter method is suitable for the online monitoring of the flow rate.
