Abstract:Abstract:Saturator is an important part of the humidity standard generator, which produces saturated water vapor. Its saturation efficiency directly affects the performance of the humidity standard generator.In this paper, the stacked saturator is mainly taken as the research object, and the work is carried out from both theoretical calculation and experimental verification. The saturation efficiency of the stacked saturator is comprehensively evaluated by flow regulation method and inlet dew point method respectively. According to the experimental results, the optimal inlet flow rate of the stacked saturator is 5L/min.Through calculation and analysis, the saturation efficiency of the stacked saturator is more than 90%, which meets the performance requirements of the saturator of the standard humidity generator, and provides technical support for the research of the standard humidity generator.
