Abstract: The temperature balance time of the railway offset ruler controls the start time of the verification or calibration. Some acceptable heat transfer assumptions are introduced into the heat transfer conditions to study the heat transfer process in the full range of the offset ruler. The ruler body has a high heat transfer coefficient, which is a key control item. Other components should control the heat transfer equation and adiabatic boundary, and determine the boundary heat transfer conditions in materials with small heat transfer coefficient or use software to simulate that the heat exchange surface is an adiabatic boundary. The air outlet form of the air conditioner and the position of the offset ruler determine the temperature balance time of the offset ruler, providing technical support for quick calibration.
