Abstract: Quick calibration is based on verification experience and scientific theory in verification regulation. The quick calibration items are the same as the subsequent verification items, and the calibration conditions and methods are slightly different from the verification regulations, which are mainly reflected in the first verification quality control, offset ruler structure demonstration, calibration temperature balance time and the selection of verification points for indication error. From the quick calibration conditions to the analysis of the main
factors affecting the indication error of the offset ruler, the scientific quick calibration method is explored in combination with the Markov chain and the quick calibration temperature balance time to ensure the calibration of the railway offset ruler in the case of rapid disposal.
