Abstract:Through the analysis of the current situation of institutional training, this paper explores the establishment of a set of normalized, standardized and diversified new employee training process, and continues to improve. Through the analysis of the current situation of institutional training, this paper proposes a solution that combines multi lingual training with assessment, and develops a training process for new employees. It can open the vision of new employees, test the business ability of existing employees, cultivate compound talents who are proficient in both business and management for the institution, and help the metrology industry develop vigorously.
