在微小流量的电子皂膜流量计日常检定中发现,流量小于100 mL/min时常出现检定时示值误差、重复性不稳定的问题,给检定工作带来很大影响。本文从检定过程出发,从钟罩内空气相对湿度和压力波动分析示值误差影响,并在结论中建议以检定皂膜流量计的方法检定微小流量的电子皂膜流量计。
