为分析巴歇尔槽明渠流量计的测量能力，利用实验室明渠流速流量标准装置对4#、5#标准巴歇尔槽进行了测试。试验结果显示，随着流量的增加两种型号巴歇尔槽明渠流量计的示值误差均由负转正，且最大示值误差在±3%以内。由此得出巴歇尔槽明渠流量计测量能力能够满足JJG711-1990的要求，适应于明渠流量计量，同时可以根据试验结果进行示值误差定点修正，进一步提高流量计的测量能力。

During on-site monitoring, the portable total hydrocarbon, methane and non-methane total hydrocarbon detectors using gas chromatography-hydrogen flame ionization detector (GC-FID) are widely used, because it has the advantages of wide detection range and short analysis period. It needs to be calibrated frequently in use. According to the analysis principle, there are two main calibration methods used at present: single-point calibration method and multi-point curve calibration method. In this paper, a practical calibration experiment is taken as an example to compare the effect of two different calibration methods on the measurement results.

As a standard device for wind tunnels, the pitot tube and hotwire anemometer can interfere with the flow field. Due to its non-contact measurement and wide linear range, LDV has unique advantages for wind tunnel flow field and velocity measurement. Experiments were designed to investigate the influence of the number rate of tracer particles on the LDV velocity measurement results, and to compare the effects of different number rates of tracer particles at different velocity points on the measurement results. The experimental results show that when the number rate of particles is too low, it will bring large random errors, resulting in poor repeatability of the indicated value. To ensure the reliability of the measurement results, it is recommended that the number rate of particles be no less than 200Hz when using LDV as a standard device for wind tunnel velocity measurement.

The Coulter measurement method based on nanopore can measure particle size down to 100nm or even smaller，and this device can determinate size of biological particles. In this study, the standard polystyrene microspheres and astaxanthin are used to evaluate the particle size measurement results of the Coulter method based on nanopores. As a result, the data shows that the measurement error of standard microsphere particle size is better than ±5%, and the repeatability is better than 1%; for the measurement of astaxanthin, attention should be paid to the salt ion concentration of the sample's dilute solution and oscillation frequency changes of the pretreatment, which may cause sample damage and form large particles. These may result in the larger sample size and size distribution shifting. It should pay attention to the impact of the salt ion concentration of the diluent and sample pre-treatment conditions on the measurement error. The accuracy of the measurement results can be ensured by optimizing methods and processing techniques.

In the calibration process of traditional piston manometer, there are some problems such as poor stability of artificially adjusted weights and low verification (calibration) accuracy. This paper carried out optimization research on verification (calibration) method of piston manometer based on magnetic balance principle, and built a mass measurement device model based on magnetic balance principle. The calibration process of manually adding and reducing weights was replaced by weight gravity measurement under the state of magnet repulsion balance. The mathematical model relationship between the magnet spacing and the mass of equivalent calibration weights is established. By precisely controlling and adjusting the segment interval of the magnet spacing, the parameters of different resolution requirements are measured. The experimental results show that the measurement data of the designed and constructed device has good repeatability and stability, covering the mass calibration range from 10mg to 1000mg, the adjustment resolution of the micro-weight mass can reach 10mg, and the high precision measurement is realized, which provides a new idea for the optimization design of the verification (calibration) device of the piston pressure gauge.

Optical spectrum analyzer is an important instrument in the field of optical communication measurement. In order to find out the stability of the localization substitution optical spectrum analyzer, provide guidance for the majority of users to choose a optical spectrum analyzer, and provide constructive data support and suggestions for the improvement of the localization substitution optical spectrum analyzer, this article selects two latest models of localization substitution optical spectrum analyzers as samples. Experiments were designed to test the optical wavelength indication error, optical power indication error and nonlinearity, dynamic range and minimum resolution bandwidth, and the observation time was more than 3 months. Meanwhile, AQ6370D was selected as the control experimental group. The experimental results show that at present, the localization substitution optical spectrum analyzer has the performance close to the foreign advanced spectrum analyzer, and can be replaced in the basic application, and the performance under the stability and limit measurement conditions still has room to improve.

In this paper, the methods of flash point measurement and traceability are reviewed, and the influencing factors of calibration are analyzed. Flash point is an important index reflecting the safety and quality of petrochemical products, and accurate measurement of flash point value is of great significance. According to the national calibration specification,traceability and performance evaluation of flash point testers were realized. The influencing factors often encountered in the calibration work were analyzed from "man, machine, material, method, environment" and other aspects. It aimed to reduce the influence of adverse factors in the calibration process, improve the measurement efficiency, and ensure accurate and reliable instrument performance.

A stability testing method for solar cells used to calibrate solar simulators is proposed. An A+ class transient solar simulator is used as the light source for stability testing of solar cells, which can ignore the impact of heat generated by illumination on the solar cells. In order to get closer to the actual situation of calibrating the solar simulator, the pulse width of the light source was set to 30ms, with a measurement interval of 30s, and a total of 120 measurements were taken. Experimental verification and data analysis were conducted, and during the testing process, the temperature change of the solar cell was relatively small. The test results met the requirement of stability better than 0.2% in JJF1615. An uncertainty analysis was conducted on the test results, and the extended measurement uncertainty was Urel=0.12% (k=2). This provides a feasible method for high stability testing of solar cells.

According to JJF 1118-2004 Calibration Specification for Global Positioning System (GPS) Receivers, the calibration of GNSS static and dynamic receivers is carried out through GNSS baseline field. However, this method requires on-site collection of synchronous satellite observation data, which costs a lot of manpower and material resources, has high cost, high labor intensity and low efficiency. In order to solve this problem and realize laboratory calibration of GNSS receiver, a GNSS receiver calibration method based on GNSS signal simulator is proposed in this paper. The GNSS signal simulator and receiver were used to record the observation data of the synchronous satellite on the observation pier of the baseline field, and then the data was played back to the calibrated receiver in the laboratory. The baseline calculation was carried out with the data processing software, and the calculation results were compared with the baseline reference value to obtain the baseline measurement error. Data from 5 observation stations were collected synchronously during the test, and 3 stations were recorded by GNSS signal simulator. The experimental results show that the calibration method of GNSS receiver based on GNSS signal simulator is feasible.

In order to overcome the defect that transducer of single beam sounder does not participate in the measurement process of calibrating single beam sounder using simulator, a method using conventional electronic equipments has good generality and flexibility, which contains the orchestration necessary to make double hydrophones be closed to the transducer of single beam sounder measured. In view of the shortcomings of the existing electric and pneumatic torque wrench calibration devices, such as low measurement accuracy and easy to produce side force influence, a calibration device for electric and pneumatic torque wrench with dual bearing structure is designed. The device includes the hardware part of the dual bearing support structure and the digital visualization operation software part. Based on the simplified model of simulated bolt, the double bearing structure is designed to offset the influence of lateral force. To ensure the strength requirements of the key components of the whole device, the measurement accuracy can reach 0.01Nm, and the maximum allowable error is ±1%. Through the test of common electric torque wrench, it is verified that the calibrating device has good practicability and reliability, and its metrological performance and function meet the requirements of calibration work. It is of great significance for the traceability of dynamic torque.

Light scattering airborne particle counter is mainly used to detect the concentration of suspended particulate matters in the air. Its resolution to particle size affects the accuracy of measurement in a great extent. The methods of metrological calibration for this performance index mainly refer to international standard ISO 21501-4:2018 and national calibration specification JJF 1190-2008 standard. However, the test methods, calculation procedure and evaluation limits to the ability of distinguishing particle size in these two standards are quite different, which cause great trouble to the personnel of instrument development, using and measurement. In this paper, targeted experimental tests were carried out according to the above two standards. Through the analysis of the experimental data, it is shown that ISO standard has higher requirements on particle size resolution but the testing method is complex, while JJF standard is relatively simple and easy to implement. In order to ensure the convenience and accuracy of the measurement, JJF test which improves the index requirement of particle size distribution error was adopted. Through further study, it is determined that the size distribution error of 0.6μm and 0.4μm can meet the requirements of JJF and ISO standards at the same time when the size distribution error is controlled within 10%. Through the actual detection application research, it is suggested that the particle counter with particle size distribution error in critical state should be avoided in the environment with high requirement of cleanliness.

In response to the problem that measurements such as buried thermocouple and black box are only suitable for steel billet heating testing and cannot meet the continuous measurement of the steel billet heating process, a method for continuous temperature measurement by embedding thermocouple in the heat-resistant pad of a walking beam heating furnace is proposed. Based on the length of steel billet movement and the temperature values of steel billets at each measuring point of the pad, Build a temperature change model during billet heating to achieve prediction and tracking of the surface temperature of the billet.
