    To solve the calibration problem of digital clock, the calibration methods and system were discussed. The calibration items of instant time offset, 1PPS time offset, frequency offset and daily time offset are given. Calibration method of instant time offset is described in detail. According to the instant time offset, the uncertainty of the instant time offset is evaluated, and the calibration software of instant time offset is written to automatically extract jump frames, calculate error and record data. The experimental results show that the expanded uncertainty of instant time offset is 1 ms (k = 2) while the resolution of standard digital clock is 1 ms.

    Abstract:When the medium is water and temperature step is about 60°C (from room temperature to 85°C),according tothe different structure of platinum resistance temperature sensor,the thermal response time is tested under the condition of different material of protective tube,internal heat conduction,size of sensing element,velocity of flow and depth of insertion,etc.Through the analysis of test data,the factors and influence degree of response time are found.The response time is closely related to the structure and the material of the RTD temperature sensor in heat transfer. The diameter of the protective tube and the thermal conductivity of the filling material have the greatest influence on the response time of the sensors.

    砝码是复现质量单位的实物量具。质量单位通过不同准确度等级的砝码传递到秤、天平等衡器,直接关系到质量单位量值传递的准确性和可靠性。在计量检定、校准机构作为计量标准使用,需定期进行检定保证砝码的量值可溯源至国家基准,准确度等级满足使用的要求。砝码检定过程中必需执行JJG99-2006《砝码检定规程》,检定砝码对实验环境的要求较高,受到实验人员进入实验室的影响,实验环境的温度、相对湿度的稳定性不易控制。而且检定工作繁琐,检定结果易受到检定人员因素的影响。本单位目前建立有E1等级砝码组标准装置,准确度等级仅次于国家质量副基准,在对砝码执行检定过程中发现检定结果受实验室环境不易控制,对检定结果引入较大的不确定度,特别是对检定准确度要求最高的毫克组砝码的影响更为明显。而且检定工作量较大,检定人员长期在低温环境下工作造成身体损害。为此本单位自主研发了一款能够自动控制恒温、恒湿环境、自动加载、自动生成检定记录的全自动砝码检定系统,该系统颠覆了以往砝码需在专业恒温、恒湿实验室检定的模式,解放了检定人员,而且能够适用于不同形状、大小的毫克组砝码的自动检定。

    针对激波管校准装置中反射阶跃压力幅值溯源精度低的问题,提出一种基于模型修正的激波管反射阶跃压力幅值高精度溯源方法。根据理想气体理论,建立激波管反射阶跃压力幅值溯源的理论模型;分析入射激波速度的衰减规律,构建基于多传感器的入射激波速度多点测量方案;根据多点测量结果拟合入射激波速度的分布模型,实现入射激波速度衰减补偿,进而实现激波管反射阶跃压力溯源模型修正,提高阶跃压力幅值溯源精度。采用不同压力下的激波管实验验证反射阶跃压力幅值溯源的准确性,结果表明,本文方法的反射阶跃压力幅值溯源结果与实测结果的平均相对误差小于1%,其值大约为基于未修正模型的溯源结果平均相对误差的1/4倍。

    本单位针紫外线加速耐候试验机的温度、湿度、紫外线中心波长和紫外线辐照度四个参数,设计出紫外线加速耐候试验机检定装置。该装置将采用STM32单片机为下位机核心,采集温度、湿度、紫外线中心波长和紫外辐照度四种共12个传感器模块的数据后,通过USR-WIFI232模块进行无线数据传输以及各模块地址分配。将采集的数据发送到上位机labVIEW2018软件开发平台,实现参数的多点实时在线显示、数据存储、生成表格等功能。最终装置实现紫外线波长测量范围为:(200~450)nm,精度±0.5nm;紫外辐照度测量范围为:(0.1~10.0)W/㎡,精度±5%;温度测量范围为:(10~90)℃,精度±0.2℃;湿度测量范围为:(30%~99%)RH,精度±2%RH;温度波动度达到:±0.5℃的技术指标,满足紫外线加速耐候试验机校准规范的要求。

    用纯甲醇溶解灭幼脲和除虫脲纯度标准物质,并用容量瓶定容至刻度,配制浓度约为100mg/L的灭幼脲和除虫脲溶液。用液相色谱仪分析甲醇中灭幼脲和除虫脲溶液,通过研究液相色谱仪检测波长、流动相比例、柱温和流速对杂质峰和目标峰的分离度、目标物的峰面积以及面积归一化法计算出的目标物的纯度的影响,确定液相色谱仪分析灭幼脲和除虫脲溶液的最佳条件。结果表明以甲醇:水(90:10)做流动相,检测波长为257nm,,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0mL/min时,灭幼脲和除虫脲溶液在液相色谱仪上获得较佳的出峰结果。

    本文研制了一套可以对过滤器完整性测试仪进行校准的装置,装置参照JB/T20200-2021《过滤器完整性测试仪》制药机械行业标准中的技术要求进行设计。装置主要包括:微量调节阀、数字压力计、皂膜流量计、连接管路、接头等设备。装置可对过滤器完整性测试仪的流量和压力参数进行校准,装置管路采用的是承压软管,在不高于1MPa的工作压力下,装置的整体气密性良好,性能稳定。软管之间的连接以及软管与仪器的连接采用的是快插三通和快插接头,装置携带到现场后可以实现快速组装,校准工作完成后,将装置拆解放入收纳箱,收纳后的装置体积小,重量轻,方便携带。

    为了解全国检验检测机构对铜合金中化学成分检测的技术能力,对几种测定方法进行比较。采用单因素方差分析法(F检验法)对能力验证样品进行了均匀性检验,根据GB/T 28043-2019/ISO 13528:2015《利用实验室间比对进行能力验证的统计方法》给出每个参加者测试结果的z比分数,所有参加实验室提交的结果采用了传统统计技术处理,Grubbs方法剔除异常值之后,计算指定值(平均值)和标准偏差。共涉及1种样品、5个检测项目、73个检测数据的统计和评价,共获得70个满意结果(占95.89%)、3个有问题结果(占4.11%)、0个不满意结果(占0%)。全部结果满意的实验室有13家,占参加实验室总数的81.25%。

    This paper briefly introduces several test indexes for ultrasonic flowmeter , and preliminarily interprets the relationship between the sound velocity deviation in GB/T 30500-2014 "ultrasonic gas flow meter performance online audit-method using speed of sound checking" and the verification. The flowmeters that have been in use for six consecutive years (statutory longest inspection period) qualified, unqualified flow pattern, unqualified signal quality of flowmeters and unqualified sound velocity deviation are selected to track the results of their subsequent real-flow verification (additional sound velocity verification if necessary), and analyze the various evaluation indexes and flowmeters that are being inspected in use. The relationship between measurement performance and the possible reasons for unqualified indicators are further analyzed, and suggestions for investigation are given as far as possible. It is expected that the analysis of test results in use can provide reference for the field use of ultrasonic flowmeters.

    The large water flow standard facility is the core device for carrying out large pipe diameter flow meter test and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of traceability and transmission of large water flow value, and the measurement and control system is an important part of the flow standard facility. At present domestic specialized study of large water flow facility control system for less, the existing research results has far lags behind the water flow metrology technology present situation, and difficult to meet the society for large diameter flow meter automatic, intelligent and high accuracy calibration requirements. These problems in turn restrict the further popularization and application of large water flow standard facility. A control system suitable for the large water flow standard facility is designed and developed, and the performance level of the system is evaluated by flow stability and response time of flow regulation. The experimental results show that: When the pipeline flow rate is in the range of (480~7800) m3/h, the system stability Eq=0.193%<0.2%; and when the flow rate increases from 0 to 8500 m3/h, the system response time is about 110s, which indicates its performance level is relatively excellent.

    气体分割器是采用毛细管原理的气体稀释装置,使用时无需通电,应用于测量高浓度可燃气体检测仪时,能够有效降低实际操作中的风险。气体分割器在稀释低浓度可燃气体时,稀释后的气体浓度可通过分割比例直接计算,但稀释高浓度可燃气体时,需要使用皂膜流量计实测标准气体和稀释气体的流量,通过流量比例系数计算稀释后气体的浓度。通过试验结果可以看出,气体分割器具有较高的分割准确度,稀释误差小,在测量高浓度可燃气体检测仪方面具有显著优势。
