    An effective calibration method is proposed to carry out quantity traceability of the loss on ignition analyzer.     To solve the calibration problem of digital clock, the calibration methods and system were discussed. The calibration items of instant time offset, 1PPS time offset, frequency offset and daily time offset are given. Calibration method of instant time offset is described in detail. According to the instant time offset, the uncertainty of the instant time offset is evaluated, and the calibration software of instant time offset is written to automatically extract jump frames, calculate error and record data. The experimental results show that the expanded uncertainty of instant time offset is 1 ms (k = 2) while the resolution of standard digital clock is 1 ms.

    Abstract:When the medium is water and temperature step is about 60°C (from room temperature to 85°C),according tothe different structure of platinum resistance temperature sensor,the thermal response time is tested under the condition of different material of protective tube,internal heat conduction,size of sensing element,velocity of flow and depth of insertion,etc.Through the analysis of test data,the factors and influence degree of response time are found.The response time is closely related to the structure and the material of the RTD temperature sensor in heat transfer. The diameter of the protective tube and the thermal conductivity of the filling material have the greatest influence on the response time of the sensors.

    砝码是复现质量单位的实物量具。质量单位通过不同准确度等级的砝码传递到秤、天平等衡器,直接关系到质量单位量值传递的准确性和可靠性。在计量检定、校准机构作为计量标准使用,需定期进行检定保证砝码的量值可溯源至国家基准,准确度等级满足使用的要求。砝码检定过程中必需执行JJG99-2006《砝码检定规程》,检定砝码对实验环境的要求较高,受到实验人员进入实验室的影响,实验环境的温度、相对湿度的稳定性不易控制。而且检定工作繁琐,检定结果易受到检定人员因素的影响。本单位目前建立有E1等级砝码组标准装置,准确度等级仅次于国家质量副基准,在对砝码执行检定过程中发现检定结果受实验室环境不易控制,对检定结果引入较大的不确定度,特别是对检定准确度要求最高的毫克组砝码的影响更为明显。而且检定工作量较大,检定人员长期在低温环境下工作造成身体损害。为此本单位自主研发了一款能够自动控制恒温、恒湿环境、自动加载、自动生成检定记录的全自动砝码检定系统,该系统颠覆了以往砝码需在专业恒温、恒湿实验室检定的模式,解放了检定人员,而且能够适用于不同形状、大小的毫克组砝码的自动检定。

    针对激波管校准装置中反射阶跃压力幅值溯源精度低的问题,提出一种基于模型修正的激波管反射阶跃压力幅值高精度溯源方法。根据理想气体理论,建立激波管反射阶跃压力幅值溯源的理论模型;分析入射激波速度的衰减规律,构建基于多传感器的入射激波速度多点测量方案;根据多点测量结果拟合入射激波速度的分布模型,实现入射激波速度衰减补偿,进而实现激波管反射阶跃压力溯源模型修正,提高阶跃压力幅值溯源精度。采用不同压力下的激波管实验验证反射阶跃压力幅值溯源的准确性,结果表明,本文方法的反射阶跃压力幅值溯源结果与实测结果的平均相对误差小于1%,其值大约为基于未修正模型的溯源结果平均相对误差的1/4倍。

    麻醉机是临床手术实施急救的必备设备,如果其性能不可靠,可能会严重威胁患者的生命安全,目前河南省内还没有麻醉机计量技术规范。通过对麻醉机主要组成及工作原理和检测用标准器的分析介绍,依据JJF 1234-2018、GB 9706.29-2006、YY 0320-2000等相关文献,结合国内其他省市麻醉机计量技术规范,同时考虑麻醉机检测的实际要求,本文确定6个项目作为检测项目,建立麻醉机性能检测方法。通过对四台不同型号的麻醉机进行验证实验,验证结果符合检测要求。建立的麻醉机性能检测方法科学合理,能够较为全面的评判一台麻醉机的性能,提高麻醉机的可靠性和安全性,减少其临床使用风险。

    摘要:高压验电仪是一种能够检测物体是否带电的仪器,能够对高压设备或输配电线路进行检测,从而确定高压设备或输配电线路是否有电存在,进而保证电力维修人员的生命安全。作业时,电力维修人员手持验电仪主机,并将验电仪金属探头与待测物体接触,若验电仪检测到待测物体带电时,则报警器发出警报,以提醒电力维修人员作出相应的安全措施,从而保证其人身安全。目前国内尚无相关的国家检定规程或者校准规范,给验电仪的溯源带来了诸多困难,鉴于此本文提出了一种实用的验电仪校准方法,原理清晰,操作方便,实用性强。

    This paper briefly introduces several test indexes for ultrasonic flowmeter , and preliminarily interprets the relationship between the sound velocity deviation in GB/T 30500-2014 "ultrasonic gas flow meter performance online audit-method using speed of sound checking" and the verification. The flowmeters that have been in use for six consecutive years (statutory longest inspection period) qualified, unqualified flow pattern, unqualified signal quality of flowmeters and unqualified sound velocity deviation are selected to track the results of their subsequent real-flow verification (additional sound velocity verification if necessary), and analyze the various evaluation indexes and flowmeters that are being inspected in use. The relationship between measurement performance and the possible reasons for unqualified indicators are further analyzed, and suggestions for investigation are given as far as possible. It is expected that the analysis of test results in use can provide reference for the field use of ultrasonic flowmeters.

    The large water flow standard facility is the core device for carrying out large pipe diameter flow meter test and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of traceability and transmission of large water flow value, and the measurement and control system is an important part of the flow standard facility. At present domestic specialized study of large water flow facility control system for less, the existing research results has far lags behind the water flow metrology technology present situation, and difficult to meet the society for large diameter flow meter automatic, intelligent and high accuracy calibration requirements. These problems in turn restrict the further popularization and application of large water flow standard facility. A control system suitable for the large water flow standard facility is designed and developed, and the performance level of the system is evaluated by flow stability and response time of flow regulation. The experimental results show that: When the pipeline flow rate is in the range of (480~7800) m3/h, the system stability Eq=0.193%<0.2%; and when the flow rate increases from 0 to 8500 m3/h, the system response time is about 110s, which indicates its performance level is relatively excellent.

    气体分割器是采用毛细管原理的气体稀释装置,使用时无需通电,应用于测量高浓度可燃气体检测仪时,能够有效降低实际操作中的风险。气体分割器在稀释低浓度可燃气体时,稀释后的气体浓度可通过分割比例直接计算,但稀释高浓度可燃气体时,需要使用皂膜流量计实测标准气体和稀释气体的流量,通过流量比例系数计算稀释后气体的浓度。通过试验结果可以看出,气体分割器具有较高的分割准确度,稀释误差小,在测量高浓度可燃气体检测仪方面具有显著优势。

    采用大吨位电子秤作为标准器的质量法流量标准装置,其量值溯源过程需要采用多个、多次加载砝码的方式对其检定。对于没有砝码自动加载系统的标准装置,因空间限制、砝码个数不足等原因造成量值溯源较为困难。本文提出了替代法的试验方法,并从替代法的数学模型出发,分析了替代法标定电子秤的误差来源。并对替代法引入的不确定度进行了评定,根据实例分析了替代法的最大替代次数要求,以保证替代物与标准砝码的质量相当。根据此方法对两台电子秤采用替代法进行了标定,实验结果满足使用要求。

    Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) has been widely used in machining, automobile, electronics, aerospace and other fields due to its advantages of intelligence and high efficiency. The measurement accuracy is particularly critical, and one of the important index is the indication error. So it is necessary to strictly control each variable in the calibration, and get the accurate indication error to evaluate the comprehensive measurement accuracy of CMM. In this paper, some problems caused by temperature, probe information and attitude of measuring block in the calibration of CMM are analyzed, and the solutions are put forword. Finally, the measurement uncertainty of the indication error is evaluated, which provides reference for the calibration of CMM.

    The statistical analysis of the data of 6000 charging piles randomly selected in an administrative region shows that the annual charging volume and transaction times of charging piles are long tail distribution. 3.3% of the charging piles at the tail, and the annual charging capacity exceeds 55% of the total charging capacity; For 6.7% of the charging piles at the tail, the charging times exceed 37% of the total charging times. The importance factor of charging pile measurement considering annual charging volume and transaction times is proposed as the basis of focused random sampling.

Through the in-depth interpretation of JTG E51-2009 《 Test Rules for Stabilized Materials of Inorganic Binders in Highway Engineering 》, this paper indirectly gives the basic dimensional tolerance of unconfined compressive strength test, and gives the calibration measuring instruments and calibration methods according to the dimensional tolerance.     In order to solve the problems in the application of the theory about measurement uncertainty in the course of value dissemination, the connotations on both of the measurement uncertainty theory and the measurement error theory, their theoretical characteristics as well as their influences on the data expressions of the measurement results are analyzed. Combined with the common mode in the indication verifying, the necessity of using the measurement error theory to express those indication-verfied result is expounded. Based on the popularization of measurement uncertainty theory, aiming at solving the problems in the establishment of measurement standards, the preliminary strategies to resolve the problems about confliction and adaptation are discussed. The applicable conditions of the two theories in the value dissemination and the establishment of measurement standards are summarized. Finally, some suggestions are proposed.
