    In response to the problems of low calibration efficiency, poor safety, and time-consuming and labor-intensive calibration of traditional electronic hanging scales, automatic calibration of electronic hanging scales is increasingly being explored and studied by metrology technology departments. Therefore, this article provides a comprehensive review of the current research on automated calibration from the aspects of automatic loading control of electronic hanging scales, automatic verification of identification thresholds, digital automatic identification of instruments, and rotation detection devices. Relevant insights have been proposed for this study, and prospects have been provided. Subsequent researchers will provide technical support.

    Abstract: This paper first introduces two common methods of torque control. Then it compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods in practical applications. Secondly, an application scene and range of multi parameter (torque, angle) torque sensors were proposed, then a calibration method for torque angle sensors was provided. This method can effectively solve the traceability problem of torque angle sensors, and the feasibility of this method was verified with actual data. The uncertainty of the measurement results was evaluated and analyzed. Finally, this paper proposes ideas for the shortcomings and improvements of this calibration method.

    Vacuum ovens are usually calibrationed with reference to the calibration methods of environmental equipment products,and due to the change of heat transfer mode, large deviation will be generated, and it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy of temperature measurement. In this paper, according to the structural characteristics of vacuum ovens and the principle of temperature measurement, combined with the actual use of experience, to explore and study the vacuum ovens temperature parameters of a more scientific and reasonable calibration method, through the analysis and comparison of the experimental results of the temperature deviation measurement results of the uncertainty assessment, which can improve the accuracy of temperature measurement of this type of products, can be used for the improvement of the products of the production enterprises and the detection of the calibration institutions to provide a reference for a more accurate measurement of the temperature.

    This article focuses on the measurement of pollutant emissions performance of gasoline vehicles using the simplified transient test method. Based on the GB 18285—2018 "Limits and measurement methods for emissions from gasoline vehicles under two-speed idle conditions and simple driving mode conditions" standard, this paper selects the concentration of carbon monoxide in motor vehicle exhaust pollutants as the research object. Through metrological traceability and mathematical modeling, using the method of uncertainty assessment, the impact of the detection system composed of key measuring instruments such as the vehicle emission gas analyzer, chassis dynamometer, and flow analyzer on the measurement results of the simplified transient test method is analyzed.

    The main insulation electrical field of a 500kV power transformer is simulated and the distribution of electrical field and electrical insulation margin of 3 key areas are obtained. For the lower end area of high-voltage winding and iron yoke with insulation margin less than 1.2, the fireworks algorithm is used to optimize the size, position and other parameters of the electrostatic ring in this area. The results show that the optimized insulation structure can effectively reduce the maximum electric field intensity in the region and improve the insulation margin.

    The calibration method for the ripple coefficient measurement function of the withstand voltage calibrator has been studied. Analyzed the mechanism of ripple coefficient generation in DC withstand voltage tester, as well as the factors affecting the ripple coefficient of half wave rectification high-voltage source, and pointed out the shortcomings of directly using withstand voltage tester to generate high-voltage ripple signals. A high-voltage ripple coefficient calibration device was developed based on the high-voltage amplifier Trek 20/20C-HS, and the system parameter of the calibration device were analyzed. The analysis of measurement uncertainty shows that within the range of 5 kV to 15 kV DC voltage, the calibration device can generate high accuracy voltage signals with standard ripple coefficients of 0.5% to 10%, and the expanded uncertainty is better than 0.06%, solving the problem of traceability of high-voltage ripple coefficients for withstand voltage calibrators.

    This article analyzes the problems that exist in the calibration or calibration of small range AC voltages below 10mV using the standard source method,A verification and calibration method using high-precision resistance voltage dividers was proposed, and the uncertainty during verification or calibration was analyzed separately.By comparing and analyzing the results, it is shown that using a high-precision resistance voltage divider for verifying or calibrating small range AC voltmeters below 10mV is a reasonable method, with more accurate measurements and reliable results, and has been used in practical work.

    Referring to the technical requirements of JJG (Meteorology) 006-2011 "Automatic Meteorological Station Evaporation Sensor", this study analyzes the principles and verification data of the WUSH-TV2 ultrasonic evaporation sensor on-site. By conducting periodic verification of evaporation sensors at automatic meteorological stations throughout Jiangsu Province and analyzing the calibration data, a pattern in the distribution of data is observed. The results indicate that all evaporation sensors in the province have passed calibration as qualified products. When the standard module height is 0 mm, the error data is most dispersed; when the standard module height is 80 mm, the error data is most concentrated. Analyzing calibration data helps to understand error distribution and provides reference for calibration work, spare parts storage and improvement of evaporation sensor performance by manufacturers.

    In this study, we address challenges associated with the velocimeter calibration apparatus developed by the Liaoning Provincial Institute of Measurement. This apparatus, designed for measuring both vehicle velocimeters and non-contact speed detectors, lacked real-time speed display on the host computer and relied solely on adjusting the motor's pulse frequency for standard speed output. This limitation resulted in measurement errors when the motor speed was inaccurate. To overcome these issues, we propose a modification solution. By capturing pulse signals from the servo motor feedback, the PLC calculates standard speed, enabling real-time display on the host computer. Additionally, our modification introduces parameter settings, allowing users to define calibration points with customizable speed values and motor acceleration/deceleration times. This enhancement facilitates data recording and viewing capabilities, significantly improving the measurement accuracy of the velocimeter calibration apparatus and enhancing work efficiency.

    There is a common problem of incompatibility between efficiency and measurement accuracy in horizontal tank volume detection. On the basis of the horizontal metal tank volume comparison method, this article designs a buffer device, which is installed at the liquid injection port of the calibration device. By slowing down the liquid level oscillation caused by the impact of liquid pouring into the capacity tank, the liquid level stabilization time is shortened. This can effectively improve the calibration efficiency without reducing the detection accuracy.

    This paper introduces a detection device, design method, and optimization idea for a small detection range (0.1N~3000N) of working dynamometer. The main structrue of the device applies a box structure, and the supporting pillars are hollow, so the overall weight of device reduces to below 50kg. It is easy and convenient to carry and operate, and the detection range (0.1N~3000N) of tension or pressure working dynamometer. It mainly solves the technical problems of small detection range working dynamometer being prone to overload damage, inaccurate reading indicating value, and low detection efficiency in inspection and testing. The mechanical properties of the entire device and critical components were analyzed and calculated using mechanics theory, confirming the feasibility of the design of the device. This article provides a complete set of design and optimization methods for detection device.

    Abstract:The measurement uncertainty of calibration device is an important parameter for the ensuranceof the accuracy of disseminationof value of quantity,so the evaluation method and process of measurement uncertainty are particularly important. Based on DL/T 1028-2006 “Verification Regulation of Power Quality Testing Analyzer”,this paper introduced a measurement uncertainty evaluation method for remote calibration device of power quality analyzer with power quality calibrator as the main standard,established a mathematical model of measurement uncertainty of parameters such as voltage,current,harmonics,frequency and flickering,analyzed the sources of uncertainty components of each parameter and made quantitative calculation.

    With global climate change, carbon neutrality has become a major event affecting the world. As a major carbon emitting country, accurately quantifying the carbon emissions of steel enterprises in China's energy-saving and emission reduction policies is of great significance for achieving the dual carbon goals. This paper analyzes the current situation of carbon emissions in China's steel industry and carbon measurement methods, and compares and analyzes the requirements for carbon emission data quality control of domestic and foreign steel enterprises. Finally, a prospect is provided for the development of carbon emission measurement in the steel industry, in order to provide reference for the formulation of a carbon emission measurement system with Chinese characteristics for steel enterprises.

Aiming at the problems such as numerous information systems, complicated data and isolated data in the metrology industry, this paper puts forward the research of metrology integration platform based on big data. This paper takes "information integration, interconnection and data sharing" as the starting point, expounds the architecture of big data platform and the key technologies in the construction of integrated platform, and applies the above key technologies to the metrology industry. It is of great practical significance to realize the integration of scattered data to the concentration of big data resources and system island to system integration, solve many shortcomings and drawbacks in the current development process of measurement industry informatization, and improve industry intelligent standards.

    Dimensional error of space often exceed?allowable?limit during the calibration process of coordinate measuring machines.The squareness error between the three axes is an important factor and it is difficult to measure.This paper introduces the definition of 21 systematic errors and the measurement method of squareness error in coordinate measuring machines.The squareness error between the three axes can be calculated with body diagonals.Using the body diagonal to compensate squareness error,the dimensional?error of?space is significantly reduced.The efficiency of calibrating coordinate measuring machines can be greatly improved by this method.
