Abstract:In order to solve the problems of complex connection and single function of the hydraulic sensor used in the hydraulic testing of a rocket launcher servo system, an integrated design scheme of wireless hydraulic sensor was proposed.According to the design scheme, selection and hardware were design from the aspects of sensitive component module structure, signal acquisition, signal processing, wireless transmission, human-computer interaction and shell. At the same time, the software were design from the aspects of hardware management, data acquisition and processing, data transmission and power management. Finally, the design function of wireless hydraulic sensor based on in-situ installation was realized.
